ANCEL ANJ400 Injector Cleaner & Tester Introduction

ANCEL ANJ400 is an Professional-level model for testing and cleaning of motorcycle and automobile fuel injectors, as well as GDI injectors such as for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Ford, and other direct injection engines. It adopts ultrasonic cleaning technology and microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control cleaning technology, and supports simultaneous cleaning and testing of four-cylinder fuel injectors. This ANJ400 injector machine simulates various working conditions of the engine which can clean and test the fuel injectors of most of the automobiles and motorcycles. It is compact in size and simple to operate, making it suitable for small and medium-sized auto and motorcycle repair shops and DIY users. Support for more cars and motorcycles. Can only be used to clean Gasoline fuel injectors. The cleaning fluid is 3M car injector cleaning fluid, and the test fluid is industrial alcohol.

Notice: This product supports 99% of petrol injector cleaning and testing. However, for diesel injectors, it only supports cleaning and not testing.

ANCEL ANJ400 Main Functions:

It is an expert in injector solutions, featuring 11 injector-specific functions

01. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.

02. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

04. High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.

05. Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.

06. Shift speed test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.

07. Leakage test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.

08. Idle dpeed sprayability Test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Operation:

1.Pour in the injector detergent and place the injectors in the ultrasonic cleaner tank.

2.Connect the pulse signal wire and select the ultrasonic cleaning function to start working.

Fuel Injector Testing Operation:

1. Pour in the test liquid,install the fuel injector is to the fuel dstributor and fix main unit body

2. Test if the injector is leaking or blocked under different functions.

How to choose test fluid?

The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the fuel injector is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive, and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate various working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it's recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid.

How to choose cleaning fluid?
