During the Chimurenga or Rhodesian 'Bush War' a terrorist leader loses his leg when an ambush goes wrong and he swears to get his revenge on those responsible. Two young men from different backgrounds team up during the struggle for independence and they cross paths with the terrorist on a number of occasions before the war comes to an end. Years later, when all seems to be coming right and the two men are happily settled, they cross paths once again with the ex-guerrilla. But now the situation is reversed and the war-vet has the upper hand and becomes a threat to the lives of both men and their families.
