Bombay Sapphire - sometimes called Bombay gin - owes its bright and complex taste to fresh juniper, tangy citrus and warm crushed coriander, underpinned by bright pine. Bold notes of spice provide a satisfying finish. All ten of the botanicals used in Bombay Sapphire are hand-selected by our Master of Botanicals, Ivano Tonutti. He goes an extra thousand miles to find the finest ingredients and builds personal relationships with each grower.
