Single Origin Arabica bean from the Costa Rica highlands. This Costa Rica specialty grade coffee is grown under shaded canopies allowing the plants to develop higher yields of ripe fruit filled with natural sweetness.
Naturally lower in acidity
Roasted to a medium City roast profile with a slightly earlier dropout temperature
Sweet butterscotch like flavour without the bitterness.
Hints of toffee caramel, vanilla , butterscotch and nougat.
Works well in espresso, americano ,flat white, cappuccino, latte, french press and kampketelkoffiie.
