Troubleshooting & Usage Tips

Earphones Not Pairing or One Side Not Connecting

• Make sure both earbuds are fully charged before pairing.
• To pair with the charging case: open the case; both earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. On your device, select "VXO400" from the Bluetooth list.
• To pair without the charging case: press and hold both earbuds for 3 seconds until the indicator lights flash orange and white alternately, then select "VXO400" from your device's Bluetooth list.
• If one earbud doesn't connect, reset by placing both earbuds back into the case and holding either touch control for 8 seconds to restore factory settings.
• Delete any previous pairing on your phone and reconnect fresh.

One Earbud Has No Sound

• Confirm that the earbud is turned on and connected.
• Check for dirt or earwax on the speaker mesh that may block sound.
• Reset the earbuds (press and hold either earbud for 8 seconds).
• Make sure the audio balance on your device is centered and not set to one channel.

Earbuds Not Charging

• Ensure the earbuds are correctly seated in the charging case.
• The orange indicator light will turn on when charging and switch off once fully charged.
