This luxury sketching pencil is made in Taiwan by ystudio. The balanced hexagonal barrel is made from brass which has been coated with matt black paint for a sleek look. This coating has been designed to wear away with use, so that scuffs and scratches show up the colour of brass. A strip of fine sandpaper is included, if you prefer to age the pencil artificially.The cap of the pencil can be pressed to extend the lead, as on a regular technical pencil. It can also be pulled off and used to sharpen the 2mm lead.A beautifully-made writing tool which will last a lifetime. It comes in a sleek matt black presentation box. Instructions for use are included.
