BEFORE FIRST USE

Cleaning: - before using your pan for the first time, wash with warm water and mild detergent using a soft sponge, and then rinse by hand and dry very caretully. Then apply a little cooking oil over the non-stick surface and wipe off excess oil with some kitchen paper. This conditioning or seasoning of the plan will ensure its optimum performance over time

HEATING

GOOD TO KNOW

• Always lift the pan when moving it on a glass ceramic hob to avoid scratching the hob.
• This pan and the helper handle(like any otk pan) will get very hot during use. Always use good quality pot holders when carrying it to avoid getting burnt.
• Don't use high heat or let the pan boil dry(heating it without food on it) for too long as the base will skew by overheating and the coating may lose its non-stick properties.
• Only use wooden or plastic utensils without sharp metal kitchen utensils Although minor scratches will not affect the overall use of your pan it will affect the longevity of its use over time.
