10L Black Dutch Buckets - Set of 10

Dutch buckets are a popular hydroponic system for growing plants; particularly tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and other larger vegetables.

The system typically consists of a series of buckets filled with a growing medium such as perlite, coconut coir, leca, vermiculite or a blend of your choice.
Each bucket has a hole at the bottom for drainage when the water volume reaches a certain level. Nutrient-rich water is pumped into the buckets, where it saturates the growing medium and provides essential nutrients to the plants' roots.

Excess water drains out through the bottom hole, preventing waterlogging and ensuring proper aeration of the root zone.
One of the main advantages of Dutch bucket systems is their versatility and scalability.
They can be set up in various configurations, from small-scale setups for hobbyists to large commercial operations.

Additionally, Dutch buckets are relatively easy to maintain and allow for precise control over nutrient delivery, leading to healthier plants and higher yields compared to traditional soil-based cultivation methods.

Each bucket comes with a complete siphon elbow, but irrigation lines and fittings are not included and will need to be purchased separately
