The oven features a dual-heating system with upper and lower heating elements, combined with a diamond-patterned interior, creating 3D circulating heating for even 360-degree heat distribution. A wide temperature range of 0-250 allows for easy control from low-temperature fermentation and defrosting to high-temperature baking.
