2 Piece Breathing Training Device Exercise Device for Better Strengthen

Build stronger respiratory fitness with this practical dual-function lung breathing exerciser set, suitable for a wide range of users across South Africa.

This set combines two popular breathing training tools: the classic three-ball spirometer and adjustable resistance mouthpiece trainer. The transparent 3-ball spirometer features clear scale marks. As you inhale, you can watch the balls lift, giving you visible feedback of your inhalation power. It is widely used to assist recovery after chest surgery, help maintain lung performance and lower risks of postoperative lung complications.

The second tool is a portable respiratory fitness trainer. Its soft silicone bite-style mouthpiece fits comfortably inside your mouth, protecting your teeth. You can turn the adjustment knob to set different resistance levels for both inhaling and exhaling. Build up your respiratory muscle strength gradually. This tool is well-loved by runners, gym athletes, singers, yoga practitioners, office workers who lack exercise and elderly users wanting to maintain breathing wellness.

All contact-parts are detachable for simple hygiene maintenance. Use warm clean water to rinse after every training session. Its small size makes it convenient for home use, gym workouts and travel.
