3-in-1 Handheld Oscilloscope, Component Tester & Signal Generator

Bring three essential diagnostic functions together in one compact handheld instrument. This versatile tester combines a digital oscilloscope, automatic electronic component analyser and adjustable function signal generator, making it ideal for electronic repair, circuit debugging, DIY projects and technical education.

The single-channel oscilloscope provides a 10MSa/s real-time sampling rate and 500kHz analogue bandwidth. Auto, Normal and Single trigger modes help capture both repeating and non-repeating signals, while the one-key AUTO function quickly optimises the waveform display.

Insert a compatible component into the test socket and the instrument automatically identifies the component type, pin arrangement and relevant parameters. It supports common components including NPN and PNP transistors, MOSFETs, JFETs, IGBTs, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors and inductors.

Choose from six waveform types: sine, square, pulse, triangle, ramp and DC. With output frequencies up to 100kHz and adjustable output settings, the signal generator is useful for circuit verification, signal tracing and basic electronics experiments.

Additional functions include continuity testing, DC voltage measurement, regulated diode testing, NEC infrared remote decoding and support for compatible temperature and humidity sensors.

The 2.4-inch TFT colour display provides a clear view of waveforms and measurement results. A built-in rechargeable lithium battery, USB-C charging interface and integrated folding stand make the unit practical for both desktop and mobile use.
