The HT002001283 is a Scotch® 23 black high voltage Electrical Splicing Tape is a highly conformable, ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) tape with rubber resin adhesive. This tape has a "snakeskin" liner that is easily removed as the tape is applied. It resists the UV and ozone and is not vulcanized. Can be used to splice and terminate cables whose emergency overload temperatures can reach 130°C. It is compatible with all the synthetic insulations cables and with the paper insulations cables with migrant material. The turns of the tape weld together in a homogeneous form. Primary electrical insulation for splicing cable from 600V to 69kV on all solid dielectric cables. Jacketing on high-voltage splices and termination. Moisture sealing electrical connections. Bus bar insulations and end sealing high-voltage cables.
