Description
4-Position Speaker Terminal Box for DIY Audio Projects - This rear-panel speaker terminal box is made for DIY builders, hobbyists, and repair shops replacing the original speaker board on the back of a cabinet. It works as an amplifier link on the rear panel of home audio speaker boxes. 4 copper binding posts and 4 mounting holes. Each wiring terminal is copper plated, so contacts resist corrosion and rustiness better than bare steel posts, keeping signal transfer stable over years of use. The base plate measures 3 mm thick, adding mass to the rear panel and lowering wire box resonance so bass output stays cleaner than with thin stamped plates. Install it on the backside of your speaker cabinet and connect your amplifier. It accepts direct wiring, Y fork spades, straight banana heads, and bent banana heads, so you can match the wire ends you already own. Each post tightens by hand, so no soldering is needed. The copper plated posts help avoid corrosion and rustiness in home listening rooms and workshops. Compared with thin stamped terminal plates, the 3 mm thickened base plate reduces resonance for cleaner low-frequency output, and copper plated terminals hold up better than bare steel. Suitable for home audio DIY builds and speaker repair. Not rated for outdoor or marine use. Keep away from moisture and high-humidity areas.
