Description

Superior Bungee Bands Thicker, wider bungee bands offer a smooth, quiet workout and protect your knees and back. Our trampoline doesn't have frame flat pads, but it's safe and won't break and shift. You can use it with confidence.

Easy to Assemble Our fitness trampoline comes 70% pre-assembled and can be fully set up in just 10 minutes using our special tool.

330 LBS Weight Capacity 32 high-strength bungee bands, 3.5 mm thickened steel, and wear-resistant PP mat make the 2024 upgraded fitness trampoline can bear up to 330 LBS.

Indoor & Outdoor Exercise Trampoline Our fitness trampoline builds various muscle groups and strengthens shoulders, hips, and legs. Just 10 minutes of indoor fitness trampoline equals 1 hour of jogging, 30 minutes of cycling, or 20 minutes of swimming, making it great for weight loss.

Foldable & Quiet Our Mini trampoline folds to 1/4 of its size for easy storage. It can fit in your car, under the bed, sofa, or in a closet. It comes with 6 detachable rubber-tipped legs to minimize noise and protect your floor.

Trampoline Installation Steps:

1. Remove the main frame of the trampoline, cut off the zip ties on the main frame, flip the main frame over, stand on it with both feet, spread your arms out, and shift your body weight downward.

2. Check that the disc is fully unfolded, place it on a flat surface, and make sure it is level. If the disc is not fully unfolded, flip it over so that the back is facing up, press firmly on the folded area near the tab hole until it is fully unfolded, and then insert the safety pin into the corresponding hole.

3. Remove the protective cover. The large hole on the protective cover should align with the folded area, and the small hole should align with the leg tube. Please install each component in the correct order.

4. Screw on the 6 table leg tubes. If you feel resistance while screwing them in, this is normal. There may be some plastic residue on the threads of brand-new trampoline leg tubes; you can resolve this by rotating them back and forth and adjusting their position.

5. Flip it over, hold the trampoline disc with both hands, and press it firmly onto the ground. Check to see if all six suction cups are in contact with the ground; if not, press it firmly onto the ground repeatedly.

6. Remove the two armrest posts, detach the suction cups from the corresponding leg tubes, slide the posts onto the leg tubes, and reattach the suction cups once they are in place. Then, screw the screws into the sleeves and tighten them securely.

7. Remove the armrest rods and install them onto the corresponding upright posts. Adjust the height to the appropriate hole, then tighten and secure them with black-headed plastic screws.

8. Install the foam crossbar so that it aligns with the upper armrest bar.

Note: Be sure to follow the instructions in the second half of the installation video and the product description; otherwise, the trampoline frame may be damaged during use!
