Extract audio from one HDMI source while passing the video signal to an HDMI display. Suitable for connecting supported consoles, Blu-ray players, set-top boxes and computers to a TV or monitor plus an amplifier, sound system or powered speakers.

Mode guide: PASS follows the HDMI source format; the optical and 3.5mm outputs are inactive. In 2CH mode, stereo audio is available through the supported outputs. In 5.1CH mode, compatible multichannel audio is available through HDMI and optical; the 3.5mm stereo output is inactive.
Compatibility notes: Source, display and audio equipment must support the selected resolution and audio format. Maximum video output is 4K at 30Hz, not 4K at 60Hz. This device is not a video capture card, HDMI splitter, scaler or ARC/eARC converter. HDMI, optical, 3.5mm and Micro-USB power cables or a 5V power adapter are not listed as included.
