Description
These thread repair inserts are made of SUS304 stainless steel with an M8 x 1.25mm thread specification. They are installed into threaded holes of low-strength materials such as aluminium alloy, zinc alloy, copper and plastic to form stronger, wear-resistant female threads, and can also be used to repair damaged threaded holes. The 1D size measures approximately 8mm after installation, with an outside diameter of about 9.8 to 10.1mm before installation and a recommended drilling bit diameter of about 8.3mm. Supplied as a set of 50 inserts.
