Description
5840-555 permanent magnet DC worm gear motor for industrial drive use. It runs on DC low voltage supply (DC24V, not mains powered), with 40RPM no load speed at a 200:1 reduction ratio and rated torque of 40 kg.cm. The gearbox uses metal gears, a 2mm zinc alloy casing and a two ended ball bearing structure. The 8mm output shaft is perpendicular to the motor shaft, and the worm gear design is self locking, so the output shaft cannot rotate when power is off. Suitable for household appliances, audio visual products, office equipment and massage and health care systems.
