Description
Beat harsh African sunlight with this 5m × 3m Rectangular HDPE Shade Sail. Designed to create cool, sheltered zones for patios, swimming pools, parking areas, playgrounds and outdoor seating spaces. The breathable knitted HDPE material allows hot air to circulate, preventing trapped heat under the sail while blocking harmful UV radiation. Built to withstand local outdoor weather conditions with fade, mould and tear resistance.
Key Features :
Powerful UV Protection
Blocks up to 90% of damaging UV rays, creating safer, cooler outdoor living areas.
Premium 185 GSM Knitted HDPE Fabric
UV stabilised material, engineered for long-term outdoor exposure and anti-fade performance.
Breathable Construction
Hot air flows freely through the fabric, avoiding heat buildup unlike solid non-breathable tarpaulins.
Weather Resistant Build
Tear & fray resistant reinforced stitching; mould and mildew resistant, ideal for coastal and humid regions.
Stainless Steel Corner D-Rings
Rust-proof metal eyelets on every corner for secure, long-lasting mounting.
Low Maintenance
Simply hose clean to remove dust, dirt and bird droppings; leave to air dry naturally.
Important Installation Guidance :
- Must be installed with adequate tension to withstand wind.
- Secure all corners to solid mounting points (posts, walls).
- Turnbuckles recommended for final tensioning.
- Mounting hardware (hooks, shackles, poles) sold separately.
