610 Filter Lid and O-Ring

610 FILTER LID AND O-RING OVERVIEW The Aqua Max 610 Filter Lid and O-Ring is a replacement set for 610mm sand filters. This set includes both the lid and a new O-ring to ensure a watertight seal. As a result, you can restore your filter to proper working condition quickly. Furthermore, replacing a cracked or damaged lid prevents air leaks and maintains filtration efficiency. WHY REPLACE YOUR FILTER LID Over time, filter lids can crack from UV exposure, chemical damage, or accidental impact. A damaged lid allows air into the system, reducing filtration performance and pump efficiency. Additionally, worn O-rings lose their ability to seal properly, causing leaks. Therefore, replacing both components together ensures a complete, reliable repair. NEW O-RING INCLUDED The included O-ring provides a fresh seal between the lid and filter tank. Reusing old O-rings often results in leaks even with a new lid. As a result, we include a new O-ring with every lid to guarantee a proper seal. Furthermore, the O-ring is manufactured from durable rubber that resists pool chemicals. EASY REPLACEMENT Replacing your filter lid is a straightforward DIY task. Simply remove the old lid, clean the sealing surface, fit the new O-ring, and secure the new lid in place. No special tools are required for this process. As a result, you can complete the repair in just a few minutes. COMPATIBLE WITH 610MM FILTERS This lid fits 610mm sand filters including the Aqua Max 4-bag range. The sizing matches standard 610mm filter openings found on many South African pool filters. Furthermore, the lid design provides easy access for sand changes and internal inspections.
