• Step One - Confirm Your Hinge Type - These hinges are for Half Overlay application. Confirm your cabinet door type before installation. Hinges come in full overlay, half overlay, and inset - they are not interchangeable.
• Step Two - Check Door Thickness - Ensure your door thickness is suitable for hydraulic hinges (typically 14mm to 22mm).
• Step Three - Mark Hinge Positions - Mark hinge positions on both the door and the cabinet frame. Use a hinge drilling jig for consistent hole placement.
• Step Four - Pre-Drill Pilot Holes - Pre-drill pilot holes to prevent wood splitting.
• Step Five - Attach the Hinge Cup - Secure the hinge cup to the door using appropriate screws.
• Step Six - Attach the Hinge Plate - Attach the hinge plate to the cabinet frame.
