• Waterproofing Concrete Beams and Pillars: Applied where these structures come into contact with exterior brickwork to prevent water ingress.
• Bond Prevention: Prevents bonding between two adjoining concrete faces, which can be crucial in certain construction scenarios.
• Waterproof Barrier: Used as a barrier between two faces of a 230 mm thick wall, typically applied to the outer surface of the inner leaf during construction.

  • Bagged Surface: For better results, bag the surface with a sand/cement/water slurry before applying Brixeal as a waterproof barrier.
  • Curing Concrete: Apply a coat of Brixeal to the concrete surface to prevent water evaporation. For traffic, the Brixeal film can be blinded with clean sand after it has set.
