• The R100 is specifically designed for MagSafe iPhones and Android phones that support wireless charging. Please confirm whether your phone model supports Qi wireless charging before purchasing. iPhone 12 and above models can inherently use the magnetic alignment function. A MagSafe protective case or a magnetic expansion ring is recommended for iPhone 8~11 and Android phones to ensure that magnetic attachment is not affected.
• Not all mobile phone protective cases are compatible with the R100's magnetic attachment. If the protective case is too thick, it will affect MagSafe attachment and charging efficiency. If you wish to experience magnetic attachment in full, you must purchase a mobile phone protective case that is compatible with magnetic attachment or use a magnetic sticker.
• Do not place any metallic objects such as coins, ring stands, and etc. on top of the charger while charging. Due to safety concerns, the power bank will stop charging when a metal foreign object is detected.

For iPhone Users:

• The primary reason for the reverse charging issue on the iPhone 15 is the bi-directional design (input and output) of the Power Bank's USB-C interface.
• According to Apple's official statement, the iPhone 15 Series USB-C provides 4.5W reverse charging, allowing an iPhone to be used as a temporary mobile power source for other devices.
• Please try the following fixes to address this issue:
• Re-connect the charging cable.
• Activate the Power Bank using the power button before connecting the iPhone 15.
• Ensure that the charge level of the Power Bank is higher than that of the iPhone 15.
• Use the Power Bank's USB-A charging port to charge the iPhone 15 instead (charging USB-A to C will not trigger reverse charging issue).
