Signal Fire AI-30 Fiber Optic Fusion Splicer is a professional fourth-generation fusion splicing system designed for FTTH installation, trunk-line fiber construction, telecom networks and field maintenance.
It features a 6-motor fiber core alignment system with alignment accuracy stated at 0.05 m, combined with approximately 6-second splicing and 15-second heating for efficient field operation.
Unlike a conventional fusion splicer, the AI-30 integrates several essential technician tools directly into the machine, including an Optical Power Meter (OPM), 15mW Visual Fault Locator (VFL), and automatic electric one-step fiber cleaver. This integrated design reduces the number of separate tools technicians need to carry.
The 5-inch colour touchscreen provides 320× X/Y-axis single-display magnification and 200× X/Y-axis dual-display magnification. The unit also supports Bluetooth connectivity and mobile APP management, allowing access to welding records, device settings and supported software upgrades.
