It Fits The Stock Mounting Points, So It Installs As A Bolt-On Swap Rather Than A Universal Clamp-On Pod That Needs Adapters. The Housing Is Built From Black ABS Plastic, Which Resists Fuel Vapor, Oil Mist, And Road Spray. A Sealed Housing Routes Air Through The Filter Element Before It Reaches The Carburetor, Helping Keep Dirt Out Of The Engine And Supporting Consistent Combustion. A Clogged Or Cracked Intake Box Chokes The Carburetor, So Replacing It With This Assembly Supports The Airflow Your Scooter Needs For Quicker Throttle Response And Stronger Acceleration.
