Our back-to-back installation includes everything from brackets and up to 3m of aircon gas piping to the electrical communication cable required for proper connection between the indoor and outdoor units. The installation also includes drilling holes for piping, followed by crack filler application and sanding, leaving your space neat and ready for use.

 

While the service includes delivery, expert installation, and aircon settings demonstration, it excludes certain items like scaffolding for heights above 3m, COC (certificate of compliance), and plastering or painting. The customer is also responsible for additional items such as condensate pumps or extension cables, if necessary.

 

To ensure compliance, the customer should provide a dedicated electrical supply point and may require an isolator for units over 18000 BTU. Service is limited to the terms outlined, with additional work available for direct quote by the installer.
