Alexander Von Aphrodisias

This volume from the unpublished papers of the famous Aristotle scholar Paul Moraux completes his major work on the legacy of Aristotle and commentaries on his work from the middle of the 1st century BC until the beginning of the 3rd century. It focuses on Alexander of Aphrodisias and his exegesis of Aristotelian logic, natural philosophy, psychology and metaphysics. The volume also contains an original paper by Robert W. Sharples on Alexander's ethics and determinism. The updated bibliography to Alexander and various indexes, which cover all three volumes, make this an indispensable research tool.
