Description
Brahmi has neuroprotective, anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and antidepressant properties, these properties may be useful in managing mental illnesses like anxiety, depression and insanity. Brahmi may be useful in promoting mental health, intellect and improving memory. Using brahmi regularly it improve confidence, intelligence and also brings about mental clarity in the individual, enhances the memory naturally without any side effects, it helps to enhance the concentration of mind, prevent hair loss.
Usage:
Take 5 grams of brahmi powder (half to one tea-spoon) twice a day with water , milk or honey or butter.
xIf you are mixing with other herbs , use brahmi proportionately or consult your health care provider. Can mix with bringraj powder, amla powde for hair growth Or with the shikakai powder for external hair wash.
