1- Collagen:

Collagen plays a crucial role in maintaining the firmness, elasticity, and hydration of the skin. As we age, the body's natural collagen production decreases, leading to wrinkles, sagging skin, and decreased elasticity. Collagen is also important for maintaining the strength and structure of hair and nails.
2-Vitamin C:
Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, which means it helps protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals and environmental stressors such as pollution and UV radiation.
