The Anvil 2-Tray Single Deck Oven with 3M Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish is a commercial baking and exterior-maintenance bundle suited to bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, cafés and catering kitchens.

The deck oven provides independent control of the upper and lower heating elements, allowing operators to adjust the heat balance according to the product being baked. This supports greater control over base colour, top browning and overall baking consistency. The temperature can be adjusted up to 400 C, making the oven suitable for bread, pastry products and pizza preparation.

A 120-minute mechanical timer with an audible alert assists with dependable production timing. The oven chamber accommodates up to 4 pizzas measuring 300mm each and is supplied with 2 baking trays measuring 600 x 400mm.

The unit features a stainless steel front face with a zintec and mild steel interior. Its robust construction and large chamber are intended for commercial foodservice operations requiring repeated daily use.

The included 3M Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish is intended for routine maintenance of the oven's cool exterior stainless steel surfaces. It can also be used on suitable stainless steel work tables, counters, refrigeration exteriors and other metal surfaces, subject to the product label instructions.
