Anvil Grande Forni Convection Oven COA1005 with 3M Cleaner 600g

The Anvil Grande Forni Mechanical Convection Oven with 3M Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish is a high-capacity commercial baking and exterior-care bundle designed for bakeries, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, catering kitchens and food-production environments.

The oven accommodates standard 600 x 400mm baking trays and full-size GN1/1 pans, making it suitable for pastry, bread, bakery products and other commercial food preparation. Its large circulating fan and custom-designed baffle plate promote consistent temperature distribution across all 4 shelf levels, including when the chamber is fully loaded.

Manual steam injection provides additional control over humidity inside the oven. The 5 adjustable settings can assist with crust development, colour and moisture management when baking bread and pastry products. The oven operates between 50 C and 300 C and includes a bake timer, interior light and slam-shut door system.

The stainless steel interior features rounded corners and removable shelf runners, while the inner door glass can be removed for easier cleaning. The oven is supplied with 2 chrome-plated grids. A compatible power cable is not included and electrical installation must be completed according to the required 230V 2-phase supply configuration.

The included 3M Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish is intended for routine maintenance of the oven's cool exterior stainless steel surfaces. It can also be used on suitable stainless steel work tables, refrigeration exteriors and other metal equipment surfaces, subject to the product label instructions.

Cleaner Usage Note
