Arnicamill Pure is a herbal product that may be used in its concentrated form for symptomatic relief of acute muscular pain and inflammation.

It can also be diluted 1 part Arnicamill Pure and 2 parts carrier oil of your choice for larger surface areas.

Essential Oils:
- Arnica has anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to help relieve bruising and swelling.
- Rosemary and Lavender oil may help improve blood circulation and warms the affected area.
- Clove oil is used in herbal medicine as a soothing agent.

Dosage and Directions for Use:
- Adults and children over 12 years: Rub or massage onto the affected area, 2 to 4 times a day.

Warnings:
- For external use only
- Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membrane and damaged skin.
- Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or on children under the age of 12 years.
- When using this product, do not place external heat on the treated area.
- Do not bandage tightly.
