Rub-On Relief is best used to relieve and treat muscle and joint aches and pains. Post-operative pain and other painful joint or muscular conditions.

The convenient Spray-On application works for quick relief of painful and sore joints and muscle spasms. Spraying the whole back, lower back and hip area is beneficial when there is pain and inflammation.

Roll-On Relief is best used for:

Roll-On Relief - Directions:

Use the rollerball as a massage tool to apply pressure and massage the gel into the area. While massaging the gel is being absorbed. Massage for about twenty to thirty seconds and then allow any residual gel to absorb. The pressure can be varied according to the desired result and pain level.

Rub-On Relief - Directions:

Use sufficient cream to massage into a required muscular area or joint. The application can be repeated as necessary. Massage or rub the cream in until it is absorbed. Repeat application whenever necessary.

Spray-On Relief - Directions:

Spray onto the painful area for quick relief. The spray will penetrate the skin and absorb into the muscles or joints where it was sprayed. No need to massage especially if the area is too painful. This water-based solution will not stain clothing. It is especially useful for loosening stiff areas and for relieving muscular pain in hard-to-reach areas. This is also useful for treating nighttime cramps & restless legs, spray on before sleep or during the night for relief when the cramp occurs.
