The Astrum SPU12T is built to replace weak laptop or monitor speakers at a desk, not to replace a home theatre system. It runs entirely from USB - no battery and nothing to charge - and stays connected while it plays.

USB Powered - No Battery

A single USB connection handles both power and audio. There is no internal battery and nothing to charge, but that also means the speaker needs to stay plugged into a USB power source while in use. It is not a cordless, take-anywhere speaker.

12W RMS with Passive Bass Radiators

Two active drivers deliver 12W RMS stereo output (6W × 2), while dual passive radiators extend the bass response further than the slim cabinet alone would manage. The result is a genuine improvement over built-in speakers without claiming subwoofer-level output.

USB Audio or Bluetooth 5.4

Play audio directly over USB from a connected PC or laptop, or switch to Bluetooth 5.4 to stream wirelessly from a phone or tablet. One button toggles between the two modes. There is no 3.5mm AUX input on this model.

Slim 50cm Design

At 50cm wide and low-profile, the SPU12T sits cleanly under a monitor or small TV without cluttering the desk.

Please Note

This speaker requires continuous USB power to operate and has no internal battery. There is no 3.5mm AUX input - audio is via USB or Bluetooth only.
