Astrum MZ Pro - Built on Qualcomm's QCC5171

Most headphones at this price will not tell you what chipset is inside. The Astrum MZ Pro will: the Qualcomm QCC5171, a premium-tier Bluetooth audio SoC with dedicated hardware for noise cancellation, so ANC and audio decoding are handled by purpose-built hardware.

aptX Adaptive and Bluetooth LE Audio

aptX Adaptive scales its bitrate continuously according to wireless conditions - maintaining higher audio quality when the connection is clean while adapting for stability when conditions change. It is backward compatible with aptX, allowing the MZ Pro to negotiate a supported codec with your connected device.

Bluetooth LE Audio with the LC3 codec is supported as well, alongside AAC and SBC for broader compatibility.

40mm Mylar dynamic drivers with neodymium magnets cover a 20Hz-20,000Hz frequency range, with 32 Ohm impedance and 105dB sensitivity.

Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation - Up to 30dB

Microphones sit both outside and inside each ear cup, combining feedforward and feedback noise cancellation for up to 30dB of attenuation.

One button cycles between ANC, Transparency Mode and Off. Transparency Mode lets surrounding sound through when you need to hear a conversation or station announcement without removing the headphones. The closed-back design also provides passive isolation with ANC switched off.

40 Hours, and a Cable for When It Runs Out

Enjoy up to 40 hours of Bluetooth playback or up to 30 hours with ANC active. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours via USB-C.

When the battery runs flat, the supplied 1.5m 3.5mm audio cable turns the MZ Pro into a passive wired headphone requiring no battery power. The headphones do not play while charging.

Wear Detection and Dual-Device Pairing

Lift the headphones off and playback pauses; put them back on and it resumes from where it stopped. Wear detection can also be switched off if preferred.

Multipoint connectivity supports pairing with two devices at once, such as your phone and laptop. Six microphones handle calls, while a triple press of the multifunction button activates your phone's voice assistant.

Built for Extended Wear

Skin-friendly leather-finish earpads sit over soft memory foam that distributes pressure across the ear, paired with a fully adjustable headband for extended wear. A protective hard case keeps the headphones and accessories together during travel.
