ATEN VS5812 2-Port 8K HDMI Splitter

The ATEN VS5812 2-Port 8K HDMI Splitter distributes one HDMI source to two HDMI displays simultaneously.

It supports resolutions up to 7680 x 4320 at 60Hz and 3840 x 2160 at 120Hz, together with HDR10+, VRR, ALLM, Deep Color and HDCP 2.3 compatibility. EDID Sync helps optimise connected display resolutions and reduce display issues.

Product Description

The ATEN VS5812 is a compact 2-port 8K HDMI splitter designed for premium home entertainment, gaming setups, professional studios and commercial AV environments.

It allows one compatible HDMI source, such as a laptop, game console, TV box, DVD player or media player, to display the same audio and video signal across two HDMI displays simultaneously.

The VS5812 supports resolutions up to 8K at 60Hz and 4K at 120Hz, with a maximum data rate of 48Gbps. Support for HDR10+, Variable Refresh Rate, Auto Low Latency Mode, 3D and Deep Color helps deliver detailed visuals and responsive performance with compatible source devices and displays.

The built-in EDID Sync function automatically optimises connected display resolutions and helps prevent display issues. A front pushbutton allows HDMI output 2 to be enabled or disabled without disconnecting the display.

The VS5812 supports LPCM 7.1, Dolby Digital and DTS-HD Master Audio for compatible audio systems.

Please note that this product is an HDMI splitter. It mirrors one HDMI source across two displays and does not switch between multiple HDMI source devices.

Please check that your HDMI source, displays and HDMI cables support the required resolution, refresh rate, HDR format and HDCP version before ordering.

The ATEN VS5812 mirrors the same HDMI source across two displays. It does not provide independent content to each display and does not switch between multiple HDMI source devices.

For 8K at 60Hz or 4K at 120Hz, compatible HDMI source equipment, displays and 28AWG HDMI cables of up to 1.5m on the input and output sides are required.

For 4K at 60Hz, HDMI cables of up to 3m on the input and output sides are supported.

This HDMI splitter does not support ARC or eARC.

A compatible 5V/1A USB power adapter is required and is not included. HDMI cables are also not included.
