The BDD ENCL WIFI ANTENNA 2.4GHz 4dB is a compact, enclosed wireless antenna designed to enhance signal strength and reliability for 2.4GHz WiFi and ISM band applications. Featuring a 4dBi gain and a 50 impedance, this antenna delivers improved range, stronger signal stability, and better overall wireless performance compared to standard low-gain internal antennas.
Operating across the 2400-2500MHz frequency range, it is ideal for use with WiFi modules, IoT devices, embedded systems, routers, access points, and development boards that operate in the 2.4GHz band. The enclosed antenna design provides mechanical protection and consistent performance, making it suitable for both prototyping and permanent installations.
The antenna is supplied with an IPEX13 connector on a lead, allowing easy and secure connection to compact RF modules and PCB-mounted wireless devices. This makes it especially useful where space is limited or where an external antenna is required to improve reception without redesigning the RF circuitry.
