Benedict Collinsworth Cocktail Recipe:
50ml of Benedict's London Dry.
25ml of fresh lime juice.
12.5ml of sugar syrup.
10ml of cointreau.
Top up with soda.
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and shake.
3. Single strain into a Collins glass over cubed ice and top up with soda.
Glass: Collins.
Garnish: Lime wedge and orange zest.
