The Queen's Gambit Cocktail Recipe:
50ml of Benedict's Rose & Raspberry Gin.
12,5ml of sugar syrup.
20ml of fresh lime juice.
15ml of egg white.
1 Dash of Angostura bitters.
4 Raspberries.
Method:
1. Muddle the raspberries, then add all the ingredients into a shaker and do a hard dry shake.
2. Following that, add ice to the shaker and shake well.
3. Double strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a raspberry toothpick and cinnamon dust.
Perfect Serve Recipe:
50ml of Benedict's Rose & Raspberry gin.
200ml of Indian Tonic.
Glass: Collins.
Garnish: A slice of Grapefruit and a sprig of Mint.
