Bestway - Flowclear Filter Pump - 1500 Gallons

The Bestway 5,678 L Filter Pump is a great way for above ground pool owners to keep their pool water sparkling over the summer. This pump cleans the water by circulating water out of the pool, through a filter and back again. The 5,678 L filter pump is recommended for use with 1,100-31,700 L (300-8,400 gal.) above ground pools and is compatible with Type III-A/C filter cartridges. It's recommended to clean or replace your filter cartridge every 2 weeks to keep your pool water pristine!

Compatible with 3.8 cm (1.5 in.) threaded valves and 3.2 cm (1.25 in.) valves with included adapters that are compatible with most above ground pools on the market

Uses Type III-A/C cartridges

Pressure release valve lets out air from inside the filter

Before switching pump on:

- Open/unscrew the Air Purge Valve on the top of the Filter Pump; air is released as water fills the Filter Pump

- When water comes out of the Air Purge Valve screw it closed and wipe away any water

- Ready to switch on

Maintenance:

- Maintenance must be performed every 2 weeks

- Switch off filter pump and disconnect it from the mains

- Close the valves to prevent water flowing to the filter through the pipes

- Remove the filter cartridge and rinse it

- It is recommended to replace filter cartridges every 2 weeks

- Check the filter cap seal is in place

- Open the valves to ensure water flows to the pump

- Open/unscrew the Air Purge Valve on the top of the Filter Pump; air is released as water fills the Filter Pump

- When water comes out of the Air Purge Valve screw it closed and wipe away any water

- Ready to switch on
