FOR BEST RESULTS

• Weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning after using the toilet, before eating and without clothing.
• For body composition analysis, stand barefoot on the scale and use the hand-held unit. Without the hand-held unit, the scale measures weight only.
• Place the scale on a hard, level surface such as tiles or wood. Do not use on carpet or uneven flooring.
• Avoid measuring immediately after unusual physical activity.
• Focus on longer-term trends rather than daily fluctuations, which can be affected by changes in fluid levels.
• Body composition values are calculated using BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) and are estimated values. They are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Not suitable for users with pacemakers or during pregnancy.
• BMI calculations are available only within the scale's supported height-to-weight range.
• Body composition readings may be inaccurate or implausible for children under approximately 10 years, performance athletes and bodybuilders, people with a fever, those undergoing dialysis, people with oedema or osteoporosis, and people taking certain cardiovascular, vasodilating or vasoconstricting medication.
• Heart rate readings may be affected by poor circulation, vascular constriction, venous stasis or significant leg oedema.
