HOW TO BREW:

• Two Tea bags makes 4 litres - (you will need at least a 4-litre container).
• Bring 1 litre of water to a full rolling boil then turn off heat.
• Open the green sachet and place the 2 tea bags inside into the hot water.
• Cover and steep for 4-8 hours (or overnight for a stronger effect) to bring herbs to full potency.
  
• Pour contents (including tea bags) nto a 4/5 litre container iand fill with another 3 litres of water.
• It's ready to drink / can be refrigerated.

DOSAGE:

Drink a cup (250ml) in the morning, and evening for best results.

5 to 7 day supply - depending on above usage.
