BMT PELTIER COOLER 12V 60W - TEC1-12706 Thermoelectric Cooling Plate

The BMT PELTIER COOLER 12V 60W (TEC1-12706) is a compact and powerful thermoelectric cooling module designed for precise heating and cooling applications. Based on the well-known Peltier effect, this solid-state device can rapidly transfer heat from one side of the plate to the other simply by applying DC power. Reversing the polarity instantly swaps the hot and cold sides, allowing the same module to be used for cooling or heating.

Constructed from high-quality semiconductor elements sandwiched between ceramic plates, this Peltier module has no moving parts, making it silent, vibration-free, and highly reliable. When powered, it can achieve a temperature differential of up to 68 C between the hot and cold sides under ideal conditions.

Important:

This module must always be used with a suitable heatsink (and preferably a fan) on the hot side. Operating the Peltier device without proper heat dissipation will cause rapid overheating and permanent damage to the unit.

Installation & Usage Notes:

Identify the hot and cold sides by briefly applying power before final installation

Always mount the hot side to a suitable heatsink using thermal paste

Do not power the module without a heatsink attached
