BOB MARTIN Clear Spot-On For Kittens will stop fleas from producing viable eggs from 24 hours after the product is applied, thereby breaking the flea life cycle and inhibiting re-infestation. The product also contains a flea repellent to stop your cat hosting fleas picked up from its environment. However, if your pet has an existing heavy flea infestation, it will be necessary to treat the Kitten with a suitable product to kill the adult fleas. This should be done before introducing BOB MARTIN Clear Plus Spot-On For Kittens into the flea program. One application will provide up to 24 hours repellency against fleas and up to 4 weeks protection against flea eggs developing. To ensure continuous protection is maintained it is important to re-apply the solution every 28 days. Fleas on young kittens and nursing queens can be removed by careful use of a flea comb.
Only a short period of a tick or flea's life cycle is spent on an animal. Therefore, many adult and immature ticks and fleas can be found in the home environment. To ensure effective control of ticks and fleas it is important to treat both the animal as well as the surrounding environment.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use only as directed.
1. Remove the tube from the card and snap off the end of the nozzle.
2. Apply by parting your cat's fur between the shoulder blades at the nape of the neck.
3. Squeeze the contents of a full tube of the solution directly onto the skin. Avoid applying the solution onto the fur and do not rub into the skin as this will reduce the product's efficiency.

Avoid contact with eyes. Store away from food and feed. Prevent contamination of food, drinking water and food utensils. Whilst handling BOB MARTIN Clear Plus Spot-On For Cats avoid the solution coming into direct contact with your fingers. Wash your hands and any splashes immediately after use. If you are treating a number of cats you should protect your hands by wearing gloves. Cats should not be allowed to groom each other where the solution has been applied. If the cat grooms its fur after application the bitter taste of the solution may sometimes cause the animal to salivate excessively for a short time. If this happens, wash off any excess solution with warm soapy water. It may be beneficial to apply BOB MARTIN Clear Plus Spot-On For Cats in the evening, however, you should not let your cat sleep with people, especially children, directly after treatment.

DO NOT USE ON KITTENS LESS THAN 12 WEEKS OLD. Handle with care. Keep out of reach of uninformed persons, children and animals. Do not handle the area of application for 48 hours after application. The product may cause transient redness of the skin at the site of application; this should disappear within a few days. Some scurfiness (scaly and dry skin) and hair shedding may appear around the site of application. This should not be of concern and is unlikely to be noticeable after 2 to 3 weeks. Should any overt skin irritation or scratching of the area of application occur, wash off the solution with warm soapy water and do not re-treat the cat. If symptoms persist, seek the advice of a vet. Although this product has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons. If this is suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.
