The BraaiBoss 70cm Charcoal Barrel Braai gives you the cooking space, fire control and practical working areas needed to keep going when the original meal plan quietly expands. Its 70 × 35cm chrome-plated main grid provides generous room for steak, chops, wors, chicken and the vegetables somebody brought to create balance. The barrel design supports direct and indirect charcoal cooking, allowing you to sear food above stronger heat or move slower-cooking items away from the hottest coals. Different cuts can follow different plans without turning the grid into a family disagreement.

The built-in thermometer helps you monitor the cooking temperature with the lid closed, while adjustable air vents let you regulate airflow and charcoal heat. Together, they give you more control and fewer reasons to stare at the barrel while pretending you can read temperature through metal.

A 74 × 15cm warming shelf keeps cooked food ready above the main grid while the next batch finishes. This is useful when the first round is done but the guests have decided they are now "just tasting" everything before it reaches the table. Two fold-down side shelves provide workspace for plates, sauces, seasonings and braai tools. They fold away when not needed, but while the fire is active, they prevent the patio furniture from being drafted into food preparation without consent.
