Bright Star CF441 BK/WOOD Rustic Industrial Ceiling Light

The CF441 BK/WOOD ceiling fitting combines modern industrial styling with natural warmth in a striking yet compact design, making it an ideal choice for contemporary South African homes. Crafted with a beautifully finished warm natural wood frame, this surface-mounted ceiling light showcases visible wood grain that adds texture, character and an organic touch to any interior. The layered open-box structure creates depth and architectural interest while maintaining an airy, uncluttered feel that works effortlessly in both small and open-plan spaces.

A sleek black ceiling base and matching matt black E27 lamp holders provide bold contrast against the rich wood tones, enhancing the fitting's contemporary edge. The two horizontally positioned exposed lamp holders are designed to showcase decorative filament or vintage-style bulbs, making the light source part of the overall aesthetic. The open-frame design ensures the bulbs remain fully visible, creating a warm, inviting glow when paired with the right lamps.

Designed to accommodate 2 x 40-Watt E27 bulbs or 11-Watt LED equivalents, this ceiling fitting gives homeowners the flexibility to choose their preferred brightness and colour temperature. Bulbs are sold separately, allowing you to customise the ambience from soft warm white for relaxed living areas to a brighter neutral tone for functional spaces. The fitting can also be connected to a dimmer switch when used with compatible bulbs, offering additional control over mood and atmosphere.

With a width of 300mm and a projection of 145mm, the CF441 BK/WOOD is perfectly suited to rooms with lower ceilings while still delivering a strong visual impact. Its compact yet bold form makes it ideal for farmhouses, modern country homes, open-plan living and dining areas, entrance halls, passageways, bedrooms, kitchens with wood or black accents, loft-style apartments, and stylish home offices. It also works beautifully in indoor entertainment spaces where a blend of rustic charm and modern design is desired.

Rated IP20, this fitting is suitable for indoor use. It requires minimal assembly and must be installed by a qualified electrician. To maintain its appearance, simply wipe the wood and metal surfaces gently with a soft cloth from time to time to prevent dust build-up.

Blending industrial elements with natural finishes, the CF441 BK/WOOD metal and wood ceiling fitting offers a timeless yet contemporary lighting solution that enhances both the functionality and style of your home.
