Bright Star Lighting CF444 Coastal Flush Mount Ceiling Light

The CF444 Rattan ceiling fitting brings effortless coastal charm into your home, combining natural texture with refined detailing for a look that feels both relaxed and sophisticated. Designed as a flush mount fitting, it sits neatly against the ceiling, making it ideal for standard ceiling heights while still creating a striking decorative feature.

The light, natural-toned rattan forms an open, flowing cage around a central white opal glass diffuser. Its soft curves and layered lines introduce warmth and movement into the space, while the airy construction keeps the design feeling light and uncluttered. The satin gold ceiling cup and lamp holder add a subtle touch of elegance, beautifully complementing the organic rattan texture.

At 300mm in width and 325mm in height, this ceiling fitting is perfectly suited to bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, entryways and open-plan spaces where you want to introduce a relaxed coastal atmosphere. The opal glass diffuser softens and evenly distributes the light, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow throughout the room.

The fitting accommodates 1 x 40-Watt E27 or ES lamp (11-Watt LED equivalent), with the bulb sold separately so you can select your preferred wattage and colour temperature to suit your space. It is also compatible with a dimmer, allowing you to easily adjust the ambience from bright functional lighting to a softer, more intimate setting.

Rated IP20, this ceiling light is suitable for indoor use. Installation is straightforward; however, it is essential that the fitting is installed by a qualified electrician. To maintain its beautiful appearance, simply wipe the fitting gently with a soft cloth from time to time to prevent dust build-up.

The CF444 Rattan ceiling fitting is a perfect choice for South African homes seeking a blend of natural texture, modern detail and practical everyday illumination, adding warmth and character to any contemporary or coastal-inspired interior.
