Bullet Proof Plates Level III Ultra Lightweight (set of 2)

Level III plates made of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) are lightweight yet offer robust protection against rifle rounds, such as 7.62x51mm NATO. They're favored for their low weight, making them more comfortable for extended wear without sacrificing ballistic performance. These plates are commonly used by military and law enforcement personnel facing rifle threats, providing reliable defense while maintaining mobility.

NIJ Level III plates are high-performance body armor designed to provide protection against rifle threats. These plates are rigorously tested by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) to ensure they meet specific standards for ballistic resistance. Level III plates are capable of stopping rifle rounds such as 7.62x51mm NATO and are commonly used by military and law enforcement personnel operating in high-threat environments. They offer a higher level of protection compared to Level II plates, which are primarily designed to stop handgun rounds. However, it's important to note that Level III plates may not be effective against armor-piercing or specialized rifle rounds.
