Directions for use:
- place the pouch in position under the tummy
- wrap the back strap around your back and fasten to the front side of the pouch
- the pouch is now secured
- take the back support and place it on your back and pull the hook hook and loop towards the pouch
- make sure the top strap is on top
- connect the back support to the pouch
- connect the top strap hook and loop to the material part of the back support
