Candle Making

Bob Sherman explores everything from the basic parts of a candle -- fuel, additives, scent, and wick, to instructions on how to make dozens of original candles. Here are detailed chapters on creating your workspace, choosing from the many different kinds of wax, moulds, and wicks available, and sorting through the equipment you will need. The entire book is heavily illustrated with hundreds of instructional photographs. Candles you can create: container, dipped, wax crystal, votive, marbled, applique, floating, two-tone, ice, chunk, beer, fireplace, mottled, mushroom, torched, balloon, sea shore, tie dye and hurricane shell.
