• IMPORTANT:
• This battery tester is designed for 12V batteries ONLY. Do not use with 6V, 24V or higher voltage batteries, as this may damage the device. Input voltage range is 8V-16V.
• Before testing, wipe dirty battery terminals clean to ensure a good connection and get more consistent, accurate reference data. Corroded or dirty terminals can cause incorrect readings.
• For the Cranking Test: switch off the vehicle engine fully before starting the cranking test, then follow the on-screen instructions to crank the engine. Do not perform the cranking test with the engine running.
• Connect the tester to the computer via USB cable to access free lifetime software updates and print battery diagnostic reports. The USB cable is included in the package.
• All test data serves as an auxiliary reference only, for assisting you to judge battery maintenance needs. Test results may vary based on battery temperature, connection quality and environmental conditions. For critical applications, consult a professional mechanic.
• The tester is powered directly by the battery under test - it has no built-in battery. Ensure the battery has at least 8V to power the tester. A completely dead battery may not power the device.
• Warranty Policy: We provide a 6-month limited warranty service on condition that the product is used correctly and in accordance with the user manual. Human damage, improper use, modification, water damage, and force majeure factors are not covered by our warranty.
• Do not expose the tester to water, moisture, extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or corrosive chemicals. Store in the provided protective nylon case when not in use.
